GUIDELINES

The European Consensus on clinical management of HIV-1 tropism testing in collaboration with the European Society for Antiviral Resistance has developed guidelines for the use of tropism tests. These Guidelines have been published in the Lancet Infectious Diseases and an accessible version is available on the website of the European Society for Antiviral Resistance (ESAR).

Arevir 2015 - May 8th and May 9th in Cologne, Germany

The 2015 Arevir meeting took place on May 8th and May 9th in Cologne, Germany.

During this meeting an update  of the EucoHIV project was presented and there was a special session about tropism testing.

The AREVIR meeting provided the opportunity to get access to laboratory protocols for HIV tropism testing and to practice analysis of sequence data in small groups. The participants had the opportunity to discuss the results with clinical, virological and bioinformatics experts. Especially one has the chance to ask questions and make suggestions to the developers of geno2pheno.

Registration for this meeting was free.
